Groups are made up of hundreds of volunteers who provide thousands of hours of their free time. Volunteering and running groups brings people together and often makes lifelong friends, keeps you mentally and physically well by learning new skills and knowledge about nature and food growing. Groups need all sorts of support from admin to publicity as well as physical activities so there is a space for all abilities and experience.
