Food
Food, we all need it to fuel our bodies…from the smallest amoeba to the largest blue whale.
For people it can also feed mind and soul, but we are often disconnected from the source of our food, shopping in supermarkets at the end of a hectic week. So whether it’s going to a farm shop, foraging as you walk or sharing produce from your garden with your neighbours, let’s reconnect with what we eat and in doing so reconnect with nature and each other.
