Health and Wellbeing
The joy of helping yourself to a better life
We all have choices, and if we choose to look that little bit closer, hear that little bit clearer, taste that little bit longer, and move that little bit further, we are well on our way to achieving the best we can be in our health and wellbeing.
Take a look at what is available in your area, that not only motivates you but inspires you to want to do more, why not try out your local parkrun? it doesn’t matter whether you walk, jog, run or volunteer you will be made to feel part of the parkrun family, or why not attend a local community garden and help grow your own fruits and vegetables or volunteer to help keep our green spaces accessible for all. It really doesn’t matter how much time you have to spare, just being part of something not only helps you physically and mentally but enriches the wider community we all live in.
